This outpatient-only opportunity is ideal for a physician who wants to build a practice around values of quality, hospitality, respect, justice, stewardship, and teamwork .* Outpatient-only practice with 1:25 telephone call * 4-day work week with flexible scheduling* Opportunity for hospital practice if desired* Join a tight-knit team of 9 Internal Medicine physicians and 2 APPs with low turnover* Work in a beautiful new clinic with a dedicated nursing staff* Part of a multispecialty integrated health system with support from specialists and ancillary services* EMR system: EPIC Requirements * Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: $331,053 annually* Eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and paid time offCommunity Details The Brainerd Lakes area offers a vibrant four-season lifestyle with abundant outdoor recreation:* Fishing, boating, camping, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling, ATV trails* Home to the Brainerd International Raceway * Population: Brainerd/Baxter – 20,000;
