Job Description4-Day Workweek – North Georgia Primary Care Physician Job – $230K–$240K + Bonus

\ N Seeking a board certified or board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
\ N Opportunities in Blue Ridge, Chatsworth, and Ellijay, Georgia
\ N Join a growing, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
\ N Seeking a mission-oriented physician committed to providing compassionate, accessible care to underserved communities
\ N Collaborative, team-based environment with physicians, behavioral health providers, advanced practitioners, and clinical support staff
\ N Provide comprehensive primary care within your specialty, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management
\ N Family medicine patient volume: Approximately 18–20 patients per day
\ N Four-day clinical workweek
\ N Nine hours of direct patient care per clinical day, plus four hours of charting time weekly that may be completed in the office or remotely
\ N Office closes forone hour at lunch
\ N No scheduled evening or weekend clinic hours;
major holidays off
\ N Shared phone-only call , approximately one week every five to six weeks
\ N Supervise 1–3 APRNs
\ N Strong administrative and clinical support
\ N Active Georgia medical license required
\ N Current DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification required
\ N Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency in the appropriate specialty required
\ N New grads welcome!
Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, not required
\ N Must satisfy credentialing requirements and complete a satisfactory background check and drug screening

\ N Production incentive bonus available
\ N Family medicine production bonus applies when patient volume exceeds 18 patients per day
