Job Description\ N An established healthcare team in west-central Minnesota’s Lakes Region, about an hour east of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative practice in a scenic lakefront community.

Position Highlights:
\ N Join another Internal Medicine physician and 6 Family Medicine physicians
\ N Primarily office-based practice with convenient space connected to the hospital
\ N Choose whether to follow your patients in the hospital or have them managed by a Hospitalist
\ N Typical schedule of 8 a.M.–5 p.M., Monday–Friday , plus call rotation
\ N Back-up call isphone-only , with calls filtered by an ARNP or PA
\ N See approximately 15–22 office patients per day
\ N Provide Internal Medicine support to Hospitalists covering an 8-bed ICU and 16-bed medical/surgical unit
\ N Serve patients at the only hospital in the county
\ N NHSC Loan Repayment Site
\ N
Compensation & Benefits:
\ N $352,587base compensation
\ N Additional compensationmay be available through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
\ N NHSC loan repayment opportunity
