1 Internal Medicine Physicians and 3 APPs - Clinic-only practice along with outreach to senior living facilities - Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance - Average practice volume per day: 14-16 patients/day - Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, and General Surgery on-site with Ambulatory Surgery Center - Works closely with Family Medicine Providers;
