Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses \ N

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Williamsport, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support.\ N

\ N Approximately 20 patient encounters per day
\ N No routine weekends
\ N Minimal call – approximately 1–2 overnight shifts per month
\ N In-house nocturnist team handles the majority of overnight needs

\ N Dedicated nurse coordinator and administrative support

\ N What You'll Do
\ NProvide high-quality primaryand chronic care, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and families.\ N
Qualifications \ N MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\ N Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
\ N DEA registration or ability to obtain
\ N Long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required
