Job DescriptionPrimary Care opening in North CarolinaLocated in Creedmoor, NC - Durham 20m, Raleigh 25mFull-time; PermanentOutpatient Primary CareMonday–Friday, 8am–5pm Overview:* Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.* Outpatient primary care practice in a rural community setting.* Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics).* Manage acute and chronic conditions.* Deliver preventive care including screenings, vaccinations, and health education.* Coordinate care for complex cases and specialist referrals.* Participate in community health initiatives and outreach.* Utilize telemedicine and modern clinical technologies.* Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.* Provide urgent/emergency care for walk-in or acute needs as appropriate in a rural setting.--- Compensation & Benefits:* Competitive salary.* Comprehensive benefits package.* Malpractice coverage provided.* CME allowance.* Opportunities for professional growth.* Strong community engagement and leadership opportunities.--- Requirements:* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.* Active North Carolina medical license (or eligibility).* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.* Strong clinical skills across a broad primary care scope.* Comfortable practicing independently in a rural environment.* Proficiency with EHR systems.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.--- About the Area:Creedmoor, NC, with a population of around 5,000 residents, is a welcoming and growing community located in Granville County in north-central North Carolina.
