Physician – Primary Care – Academic - Internal Medicine
Join one of Texas’ largest and most respected multispecialty groups—CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic—as we seek a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our mission-driven, faith-based organization in Longview, TX. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a Physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, community well-being, and work life balance through innovative, AI-integrated support systems. Join a collegial team of 4 Physicians as an Attending Physician in the Internal Medicine Resident Clinic. The IM Residency program supports 36 resident clinicians. The Attending Physician will spend half of the time managing their own patient panel with the remaining half earmarked to perform administrative and teaching duties for the Residents.

Position Highlights:
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
Facility: Modern clinic with recent renovations
Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
