Job Description Gastroenterologist or Internist – Concierge Practice (Upper East Side, Manhattan, NYC) Position Overview
Join an established concierge practice in NYC's prestigious Upper East Side through the acquisition of a retiring physician. Enjoy a turnkey opportunity with a fully operational office, experienced staff (including a dedicated Office Manager and multiple MAs), and full autonomy to shape the practice your way.
Patient Volume : Lifestyle-friendly 6–8 patients per day
Current Panel : ~600 active concierge patients generating steady membership fees
Setting : Open to procedures based on your preferences
Compensation & Revenue Model
Base Salary
Bonus : Performance-based upside beyond $500K total earnings
Structure : Services agreement with practice handling concierge infrastructure, billing, memberships, and admin—you focus on clinical/procedural fees

Immediate ramp-up—no need to build a panel
24/7 access model with higher-touch, lower-volume care
