## Internal Medicine Physician Opening | Park Rapids, MN Located in Park Rapids, MinnesotaFull-Time, Permanent## Practice Overview* Full-time Internal Medicine opportunity in Park Rapids, Minnesota* Join a growing, collaborative primary care team in a welcoming community* Outpatient-only practice with optional outreach to Menahga and Walker clinics* Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * 36 patient contact hours per week * Average patient volume of 14–20 patients per day * Opportunity to perform office procedures including: * Nexplanon and IUD placement * Colposcopy * Joint injections * Additional office-based procedures* No call responsibilities * Utilize EPIC electronic medical record with DAX AI documentation support## Compensation & Recruitment Package* Base salary: $361,174 * Additional earning potential through: * Performance bonuses * Quality incentives * Production-based compensation## Job Qualifications* MD or DO* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine* Minnesota medical license or eligibility## Benefits* Comprehensive employed physician benefits package* Competitive base compensation* Performance and quality incentive opportunities* Outpatient-only practice* No call* EPIC electronic medical record with DAX AI* Flexible outreach opportunities to nearby clinics## Community DetailsPark Rapids is a picturesque community in the heart of Minnesota's Lakes Country, offering an exceptional quality of life with abundant lakes, forests, and year-round outdoor recreation.
