Internal Medicine Physician opportunity in Sac City, IA Omaha 115m; Des Moines 135m Job Description:
* Seeking a Internal Medicine Physician
* Established team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs serving the Sac City and Lake City areas
* Opportunity to practice outpatient and inpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic and hospital
* Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
* Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
* Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
* Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities:
* Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient medicine
* Emergency Medicine is optional
* General procedures such as join injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.
* Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
* Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications:
* MD or DO
* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
* Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
* Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
* Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available Benefits:
