Job DescriptionInternal Medicine Physician | Stayton, OR Position Type: Full-TimePractice Overview * Join a physician-led outpatient practice serving a rural community of more than 40,000 residents.* Adult-only primary care practice located on a hospital campus.* Full-time schedule with: * 4 clinical days per week * 1 dedicated administrative day per week* Average patient volume of 18–20 patients per day.* Manage complex adult medicine cases, including referrals from APPs and Family Medicine physicians.* Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive adult primary care.* Strong on-site specialty support including: * General Cardiology * Pulmonary/Critical Care * OB/GYN * Orthopedic Surgery * General Surgery * Podiatry* Shared clinic call with triage nurse taking first call and escalating to the physician as needed: * Approximately 1:14 weekday call * Approximately 1:12 weekend call* Collaborative clinical environment with experienced physicians and APPs.* EPIC EMR with integrated AI scribe technology.* New graduates are welcome to apply.Compensation & Recruitment Package * Competitive guaranteed base salary* Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus* Signing bonus available* Relocation assistance* $3,000 annual CME allowance* Licenses, professional dues, and board certification fees fully covered separately from CMEJob Qualifications * MD or DO* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine* Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency* Active Oregon medical license* Current BLS certification* Demonstrated clinical competence in providing high-quality medical care* Strong communication and collaborative skillsBenefits * 34 days / 272 hours of authorized time off annually* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Malpractice coverage* Retirement benefits* CME allowance* Professional licensing and dues coverage* Board certification fee coverage* Comprehensive employed physician benefits packageCommunity Details Stayton offers an appealing combination of small-town living and access to Oregon's renowned outdoor lifestyle.
