* Location : Swainsboro, GA
* Start Date : 3-4 Weeks (Fast credentialing)
* Schedule : Mon-Fri
* Mon: 8am - 7pm
* Tues-Thurs: 8am - 5pm
* Fri: 8am - 2pm
* Patient Volume :
* Mon: 27 | Tues-Thurs: 21 | Fri: 17
* EMR : eCW
* Call : After-call service 1-2 weeks a year
* Job Requirements :
