Physician - Primary Care\ N
Job Details: \ N
100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting serving patients 18 and older
\ N Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to explore a 4-day work week
\ N Phone call only averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
\ N Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
\ N H1B cap-exempt organization
\ N Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
\ N Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
\ N Robust staffing supportincluding nursing staff and dedicated Medical Assistant
