Job DescriptionJob ID: 6058 Practice Details \ N Physician leader to collaborate in a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.
\ N Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management of ambulatory clinicians.
\ N Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
\ N This role is a blend ofclinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations. Serves in both a clinical and leadership capacity, divided a 2.5 days administrative and 2.5 days clinical
\ N Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\ N Experience: 5 years’ experience as a postgraduate licensed physician 3 years' experience in clinical leadership
\ N Licensed by the FederalDrug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\ N Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
