Job DescriptionPrimary Care Near Louisville, KY!

Seeking a BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine physician to join an established practice!
\ N
\ N The Practice:
\ N Competitive Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
\ N $50,000 Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitment
\ N 100% Outpatient practice structure – No nights – No weekends
\ N Four (4) day work week (10 hour days) or Five (5) day work week (8 hour days)
\ N Office hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.M.
- 5:00 p.M.
\ N Average volume is 20-25patients per day
\ N Very few telephone calls at night - Critical labs- The switchboard will contact the ordering provider- lab policy is that the provider is to respond back within 30 minutes
\ N Hospitalist team will cover your patient admission. / ED will admit to Hospitalist team if inpatient care is needed
\ N Relocation reimbursement, 4 weeks of PTO, CME and paid malpractice
