Job DescriptionSeeking BE/BC Internists to join a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in central Washington state.\ N
Position Highlights: \ N
Robust practice of 11 physicians and four advanced practice providers in progressive out-patient setting
\ N Four-day work week
Labs, imaging and specialty care available in the building
\ N Call 1:11
\ N Fully staffed Hospitalist teams
\ N Epic EMR
Ideal candidate will have concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
\ N Group one of 44 organizations identified by the AMA Joy of Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reducing burnout
\ N Visa candidates welcome

Compensation/Benefits Include:
\ N First-year pay range: $306k to $331k
\ N Signing Bonus
Loan repayment
\ N Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance
\ N Relocation expenses covered including packing
\ N CME allowances
