Job DescriptionInternal Medicine opening in NHLocated in Woodsville, New HampshireFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine doctor to join hospital.Details:
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with a supportive clinical team committed to delivering excellent care.
Consult with patients to understand symptoms and health concerns
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease
Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and preventive care
Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
Provide health education related to wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention
Administer immunizations and order/interpret diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate care with other specialists
Collaborate with the clinical team to support optimal outcomes for patients
