Job DescriptionA community-based rural health organization in northern New Hampshire along the Vermont border is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician & Medical Director to provide direct patient care while leading a dedicated primary care team.
Position Highlights:
Serve as both a Primary Care Physician and Medical Director
Provide comprehensive primary care in a community-based rural health setting
Care for patients across the spectrum of primary care needs
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the medical provider team
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved rural community
Leadership role with involvement in clinical standards, provider performance and practice operations
Qualifications:
Board-Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another full-scope primary care specialty
Current or eligible New Hampshire medical license
DEA registration
Primary care experience required
5+ years of leadership or executive experience
10 years of community clinic experience preferred
