Full Time
Hours: 4-Day Work Weeks Monday - Friday No Evenings

Average Patients seen: Daily patient volume is adjusted based on acuity and visit type to support quality care
Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

Compensation: Base salary starts at $255,000 + incentive plan

Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure (or already licensed).- Commitment to team-based, high-quality, patient-centered primary care.Openings in East Lyme and Norwich.
