Job description
Position Overview Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic
Focus on resident education , supervision, and mentorship
No independent patient panel " all clinical care performed with residents
Ideal for physicians interested in academic medicine and community-based care
Schedule & Responsibilities 90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative
Approximately day per week protected administrative time
Monday"Friday only; no weekends
No call responsibilities
Faculty appointment with affiliated medical school
Clinical Setting Residency continuity clinic in a mission-driven, community-based practice
Diverse urban patient population
Close collaboration with residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Compensation & Benefits 3-year guaranteed base salary
Sign-on bonus approximately 15"25k
Relocation assistance
Loan repayment options, including NHSC and other programs
Client provides $2,500 for loan consultant support
Client provides up to 15k over 5 years for primary care loan repayment
Paid CME time off plus CME allowance
Reimbursed professional licenses and dues
Paid time off plus company holidays
401K retirement with sizeable match

Does not qualify for J1 visa sponsorship
