Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with minimal triage call
Shared call model with RN call center handling routine calls
Only urgent matters escalete to the physician, supporting great work-life balance
Low patient census of 10 - 15 patients per day
Value-based care model focused on senior primary care
Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS highly valued
Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation
Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; DEA required
