Job Title: Physician - Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Practice (FP)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physicians to provide comprehensive outpatient care across multiple locations. The role offers stability, strong patient volume, and a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform routine physicals and preventive care visits
Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FP
Active Texas medical license (or eligibility)
Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
