Primary Care Physician
Location: Florida
Schedule: Outpatient continuity of care and preventative medicine
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The role may include participation in a tuberculosis screening program, with required screening prior to start.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic conditionsProvide preventative care and health maintenanceMaintain accurate medical histories and documentationCoordinate referrals to specialists as appropriateCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient careRequired Qualifications
MD or DOActive Florida medical licenseBoard certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric MedicineCandidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualifyAdditional Requirements
TB screening may be required prior to startFlorida Background Screening Requirement
