Organization is one of the fastest growing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiple states.ROLEWill see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends!Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal callWill treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatmentFoster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not lessWill supervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. AssistantsMultidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacistsPACKAGESalary range commensurate with experience $220-$250KAnnual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!Potential for over $300k total income year 1, promotable to Lead33 days Time Off includes holidays & CMEMedical, Vision, Dental from Day 1401K retirement plan with employer matchMalpractice Coverage Paid
