Primary Care Physician Miami, FL COMPENSATION: $300K+ Signing Bonus We are a unique physician-led culture that provides coordinated, world-class primary care to the most vulnerable population, moderate to low-income seniors with complex chronic diseases. Our approach enables us to drive key quality and cost outcomes that create value for patients, physicians, and the overall health system. We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require. Role: Compensation: $300K+ Bonus: up to 10% of Base Salary Partnership track 18-20 patients a day Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15) 100% outpatient Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist) Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases Value Based Care Requirements: Residency Trained IM/FM Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine Bilingual: Spanish Speaking To learn more contact: Nathan LaVanchy Optigy Group Email: Call or Text:
