Primary Care Physician Holiday, FL
Compensation
Total earning potential: Up to $312,000
Annual bonus up to 20% of base salary

Practice Details Outpatient Primary Care
Value-Based Care model
Patient population: Seniors with 35 chronic conditions (heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
1518 patients per day
Maximum panel size of 650 patients
Shared call schedule based on market provider count (example: 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
Dedicated support team for each physician, including:
Medical Assistant
Scheduler
Referral Specialist
Leadership support
Requirements MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Geriatrics fellowship preferred, but not required
Current, unrestricted medical license
Current DEA registration
