Monday - Friday schedule with no formal call requirements
Lead an interdisciplinary palliative care team including NPs and LCSW support
Focus on complex symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and ethical cases
Blend of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic with manageable daily templates

Board-certified or board-eligible; active or in-process California license preferred
