Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician - Fallon, NV - NHSC Certified Site!

Are you a compassionate Internal Medicine physician looking for a fulfilling career in a welcoming, close-knit community? Banner Health is actively seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Fallon, Nevada, a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.
This NHSC-certified site offers the best of both worlds: meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Practice Details:
- Patient Population: Adults 18 and over
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday clinic with 4-5 day work week options
- No Call, No Hospital: 100% outpatient with no inpatient coverage or call responsibilities
- Support Staff: Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support
- Established Practice: Step into an existing practice located just an hour from Reno
- High-Volume Practice: Active patient panel in a thriving community
- Clinical Autonomy: Manage wellness and chronic care disease management, with opportunities for specialized procedures according to your interests
Banner Healths Compensation Package Includes:
- $295,000 base salary
- Recruitment incentives of $125,000+:
- "$125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed
- $60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment
- $1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)
- Paid CME days and malpractice

- This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
