\ N Open to Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics
\ N 100% Geriatric patient population
\ N Working with 3 other providers in office (1 MD and 2 NP)
\ N Outpatient ONLY - Medicare Advantage patients
\ N Average15 patients per day
\ N Physicians drive the care decisions for the patients
\ N Compensation and Benefits
\ N Negotiable base salary $250,000+
\ N Total Compensation Above $300,000
\ N Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus Schedule
\ N Sign-On Bonus
