Board Certified or Board EligibleFull-time employed position in a geriatric outpatient practice100% outpatient care onlyMonday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. scheduleHolidays and weekends freeRotating and flexible on call scheduleAverage daily volume of 15 patientsFocus on continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic disease management for a primarily Medicare aged populationTeam based multidisciplinary model serving senior patients with multiple comorbiditieseClinicalWorks EMRSalary $270,000 - $280,000Annual performance bonus based on quality of careFull benefits offeredNegotiable relocation and sign on bonusesMalpractice insurance coverage providedActive DEA registration and BLS CPR certification requiredPrimary Care Experience requiredExperience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD 10 preferredBilingual Mandarin strongly preferred because 250+ patients speak MandarinGreat location in South Florida!
