Nocturnist Opportunity-Employed Hospitalist | Banner Estrella Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ
Banner Health is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist to join our growing Hospitalist team at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Join a system recognized for clinical excellence, innovation, and a commitment to physician well-being

- 168 shifts/year
- 7 PM-7AM
Employed Hospitalist/Nocturnist Opportunity:
Banner Estrella Medical Center - Phoenix, was built in 2005 in west Phoenix to meet the health care needs of a growing West Valley community. Banner Estrella is a full-service medical campus, the 317 all-private bed hospital offers an array of medical services, including heart care, emergency services, general surgery, weight loss surgery, medical imaging, orthopedic surgery, and a comprehensive maternity services program. We have received Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center for excellence in nursing. This designation is a testament to the innovative, safe, and thoughtful care our professional nurses provide patients every day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + performance incentives
Paid malpractice insurance (occurrence-based preferred clarify if applicable)

Relocation assistance
Resident Stipend: $1,500/month (begins 30 days post-signing; ends upon residency completion)
Loan Repayment: $100,000 ($20,000/year over 5 years)
