Job description
Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for our IM Residency Continuity Clinic- Full-time hospital employed position - Serve as a clinical preceptor, supervising and mentoring Internal Medicine residents in their continuity clinic - Guide residents in evidence-based patient care, professional development, and practice management Supervise residents in their documentation in the EMR, writing of orders, and articulation of care plans by reviewing resident notes and adding the appropriate addendums - Work in a collaborative, team-based academic environment with opportunities for scholarly activities- A strong interest in teaching residents in an academic clinical setting required- Generous base salary plus bonus incentives- Relocation assistance and commencement bonus- Medical education loan repayment assistance- Residency stipend for qualifying candidates- Full malpractice coverage - Comprehensive health benefits package including 401(k) - Paid CME time with annual allowance - Personal time off (PTO)
