Outpatient only primary care
Full range internal medicine with quality focused patient volumes
Phone call only with a likely 1:7 schedule
Hospitalist team covers all admissions
Top-tier imaging technology and EPIC EMR
Starting base is $300,000 or more with wRVU bonus incentives
Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
Group paid malpractice with no tail
