Wabash Valley Health Center Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday Half-day every week for admin time Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 16-20 Call Schedule: One week after-hours call; typically 5 times a year Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus. This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care within our FQHC.The PCP will serve as both an independent and collaborative member of the healthcare team, providing full-scope primary care services while supporting our mission to improve access to care for the communities we serve. Qualifications- Eligible for and able to obtain medical licensure in the state of Indiana- BE/BC in Internal Medicine- Current CPR certification- Ability to meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
