Internal Medicine Physician Midwest Community Position Highlights Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek and no overnight hospital call Desirable Practice Setting: Traditional hospital-employed role with a 90% outpatient focus Culture & Support: Strong APP and nursing support with optional scribe assistance available Flexible Clinical Interests: Procedures supported based on physician interest and scope Modern Facilities: Updated hospital campus, Epic EMR, and private office space available Call Schedule: Shared 1:5 call with nurse triage support and no overnight hospital coverage Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation : Guaranteed base salary with uncapped RVU production bonus! Bonus Incentives: Earn an extra $20,000 annually Sign-On Bonus and Relocation assistance available!
