Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice in Western Maine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive community health setting.
Position Highlights: 100% outpatient primary care practice
Provide preventive, diagnostic, and long-term chronic disease management
Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and routine wellness care
Established patient panel with strong referral support
Collaborative care team including advanced practice providers and nursing support
Access to a fully integrated specialty network within the health system
Modern electronic medical record system
Participation in quality improvement and population health initiatives
