BC/BE Internal Medicine physician 100% outpatient practice Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel Shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light eClinicalWorks EMR Flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based compensation model Initial patient volume of approximately 12"15 patients per day, ramping to 25+ 401(k) match Three weeks of PTO, plus holidays and 3 CME days H-1B sponsorship available Waldorf is a family friendly suburb of DC, 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA
