Brockton, MA Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 1 Night 11:30 am - 8 am; Saturdays Rotated 1:8 9 am - 3 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 20 Call Schedule: 1:8 Phone Only Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $10000 Compensation: - $220,000 - $258,824 based on experience- Sign-on bonus- Relocation assistance available Benefits: - Health, Dental, and Vision with employer contribution- Earned Time - 31-34 days/year accrual- One week for CME/CEU time plus a $2,000 allowance- Flexible Spending Account (FSA)- Dependent Care Account (DCA) - Subsidized parking- Tuition Assistance Program after 1 year- Company-paid Group Life, AD&D Insurance, and Long Term Disability- Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance- Short Term Disability (employee pays 50%)- MA Paid Family Medical Leave- 403B Plan or Roth with 3% match- Loan repayment plans available Additional Info: Whether it's the common cold, the familiar flu season, or a once-in-a-generation pandemic, we've been caring for the greater Brockton area for 30 years. DETAILS:- Searching for candidates to start in Spring 2026- This role will cover exclusively adults, as we have an active pediatrician's office close by- Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment- Refers patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities- Monday through Friday role with one evening shift per week- Saturday shifts available for additional income- EMR = Epic
