Job description
Falmouth Full Time Hours: Weekday only shifts with the option to work 4 or 5 days Employed New Graduates Call Schedule: Phone only one week every 3-4 months Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - $250,000 - $270,000 based on experience- Yearly quality bonuses- Sign-on bonus Benefits: - 80% of Health, Vision, and Dental insurance is covered by the employer- 401k with 3% matching right away- 4 weeks PTO- CME allowance of 1 week and cost reimbursement - Malpractice coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act- Loan Forgiveness through NHSC Additional Info: We are a team-based healthcare home of choice reflecting community needs, eliminating barriers, and empowering individuals toward lifelong wellness.
