Details: Opportunities for outpatient-only roles or a mix of outpatient and limited inpatient coverage (7 8 days/month) Traditional Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Willing to discuss 4-day work week with longer daily hours and also a modified schedule if doing hospitalist work as well No more than 5 days per month of backup phone call Role available to address community healthcare needs and upcoming retirements Comprehensive internal medicine care for adult and geriatric patients, including preventive care and management of acute and chronic conditions Opportunity to provide acute care through limited hospitalist coverage Three locations within two blocks of hospital EPIC EMR Compensation/Benefits: Highly competitive compensation plan CME Allowance Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term disability Professional Liability with tail coverage Relocation Allowance Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans The Community: Life in this northern Michigan community offers a unique blend of small-town charm, natural beauty, and outdoor adventure.
