ADULT PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANCOMMUNITYSt. Louis metro area offers fine dining, NCAA and professional sports plus national landmarks & cultural museums. Choose from charming local shops, taverns & eateries, plus St. Louis serves as a gateway to the West with fun outdoor adventures nearby such as nearby year round golf, hiking, boating and more.OVERVIEWJoin an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value based care model, to ensure patients are seen & heard year round preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.ROLE Avg. 14-17 patients a day Monday thru Friday, NO WEEKENDS Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NPs) Onsite Lab & Pharmacy Care team: Scribe, MA, Social WorkerPACKAGESalary range $240-$260K+ (commensurate with experience/ site)Quality Bonus annually plus Promotion Track to LeadershipPartnership Option with Zero Buy In6 weeks PTO includes major holidays & CMEMalpractice, Medical, Vision, Dental & Life CoveragesRetirement Plan with match, CME of $5k
