Job Description Excellent opportunity between Durham and Greensboro Outpatient only physician in North Carolina Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatric Medicine openings Value-based care model Medicare/Medicaid Advantage patients All patients are 65+ Monday-Friday office only schedule Phone call shared with all providers Minimal phone call once every few months 12-15patients per day Full supports staff including NP-MA-RN On-site labs and radiology Compensation $60,000 SIGN ON BONUS Total compensation $300,000 and above year one Attainable 20% salary bonus plan Sign-on bonus Relocation allowance Matching 401k retirement plan Full benefits including health-dental-vision-PTO Community Wonderfuloffice location Close to family-friendly suburbs Great public and private school options
