Internal Medicine Physician

Enjoy excellent compensation, flexibility, and a supportive team-based environment. Were seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in vibrant Fargo, ND.
Position Highlights:
Guaranteed compensation floor of $312,709 for 2 years
$100,000 retention bonus after 4 years
Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
Light call (12 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
Team-based care with 20 providers
Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
