Internal Medicine Physician
StartDate: 2/1/2026 Available Shifts: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM M-F Pay Rate: $ - $
A premier, physician-led health systemrecognized as the largest Oklahoma-owned healthcare provideris actively seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join its well-established outpatient practices in Northern Oklahoma. Position Highlights:
Competitive Guaranteed Salary: $290,000 base salary guaranteed for 1824 months, followed by a wRVU-based compensation model (average earnings $300,000 annually)
Attractive Recruitment Incentives: $40,000 signing bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and a $1,500 monthly educational stipend for residents
Outstanding Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek promotes flexibility and quality of life
Loan Repayment Support: Eligible for up to $200,000 in student loan forgiveness through the Oklahoma Healthcare Workforce Training Commission
