nSutter Health is seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician to join our collegial and dedicated team at Sutter Lakeside Outpatient Clinic, located in the beautiful mountain ranges of Lake County. nJob Description :

nKey Responsibility

n· Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

n· Perform routine and chronic disease management (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease).

n· Conduct physical exams, preventive care, and wellness visits.

n· Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions commonly seen in an ambulatory setting.

n· Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.

n· Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence‑based guidelines.

n· Manage medication therapy, refills, and adjustments.

nExperience

nnFive (5) years of recent, relevant clinical experience preferred

n nCertification & Licensure

nnnBoard Eligible or Board Certified

n

nnEligible for California medical licensure

n

nnDEA registration

n

nnBLS and ACLS certification required

n

nnAdditional certifications (PALS, NRP) as required by department policy

nPay Range is $261,996.80 to $376,001.60 / annual salary

nThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
