Job description

We are actively seeking a board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine - Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology to provide locum tenens coverage near Yatesboro, Pennsylvania. This opportunity involves both inpatient and outpatient care and is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to contribute their expertise in a flexible, short-term role.

Assignment Details Start Date: December 2, 2024

End Date: May 31, 2025

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours with call responsibilities

Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient services required

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic

Position Requirements Board Certification: Required in Internal Medicine - Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Hospital Privileges: Required; temporary privileges available to expedite the start date

Fellowship Training: Preferred but not mandatory

Practice Features Patient Care: Includes rounding on assigned patients and admissions as needed

Call Requirements: 30-minute response time, specifics to be confirmed upon assignment

Support Staff: Number of team members TBD; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required
