Requirements Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Active South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain
Active DEA license
Outpatient experience required
Value-based care experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary
Salary: $240,000 - $270,000
Wider range available depending on experience and location
