Job description
Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join hospital-employed team in Wichita Falls, Texas. Here, Internal Medicine is practiced the way it should be: with longitudinal relationships, protected physician time, and strong system resources that allow you to focus on complex adult care without burning out. Average of 10-14 patients per day 4.5-day work week Epic EMR Schedule Autonomy - you decide how your schedule is built and your volume Strong support to reduce clerical burden and keep you practicing medicine (APP's, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers) A transition clinic that streamlines post-discharge care allowing you to build longitudinal management of complex patients instead of urgent follow-ups.
