Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our West Pavilion practice in SW Grand Rapids. The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. You will join Internists, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff. To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Call is supported by a first line nurse triage system, making home call extremely manageable. Lab and imaging are conveniently located within the building. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
