Job Overview
Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to joinour primary care practice atM Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming .Join our thriving practice that has strong community involvement since openingmore than 20 years ago.
Practice Details
16 provider primary carepractice including Family Medicine, InternalMedicineand Pediatrics.
Patientencountersaverage18-22 patients per day.
34 patient contact hours per week.
Call Frequency: approximately 1:20 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
Openings:1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.
As anAccountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use amultidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
